TERMS & CONDITIONS
Qualified meeting must be booked by June 1, 2012 and conducted between July 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012. A qualified meeting or group
stay requires twenty five or more paid guest rooms per night and must include qualified  catering/banquet events.  Offer is valid for new meetings
only and subject to availability.  Planner must request offer and it must be recorded in the hotel sales contract at time of booking.
