Q: Do we provide transportation to the local area?

A: Yes, transportation is provided within a 3-mile radius of the hotel based upon availability. Please stop by our Concierge Desk located in the hotel lobby to check for availability.

Q: Do we provide transportation to Galleria Mall?

A: Yes

Q: Do we provide transportation to Love Field or DFW Airport?

A: No, transportation can be arranged through Super Shuttle or Taxi Service. Love Field is 13 miles south of the hotel and DFW Airport is 23 miles west of the hotel.

Q: Is a reservation required for Sunday Brunch served in Q de Cheval?

A: No, however reservations are recommended, as Sunday Brunch does fill quickly. Please call 972-789-3061

Q: Do you offer free parking?

A: Yes and No, our surface lot has 316 complimentary parking spots and our garage parking has 544 spots. Our surface parking is complimentary and based on a 1st come 1st serve basis. A $10.00 per exit does apply to our garage parking. Valet parking is also available at the entrance to the hotel. A fee of $18.00 will apply.

Q: How far is Downtown Dallas from InterContinental Dallas?

A: 15.6 miles. Take the Dallas North Tollway South straight into Downtown Dallas

Q: Does InterContinental Dallas allow smoking in guestrooms or inside the building?

A: No, smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas.

Q: Does InterContinental Dallas accept pets?

A: Service Animals only

Q: Do you have in-room refrigerators or microwaves?

A: Our rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. A refrigerator is available for a one-time fee of $15.00 per stay. Microwaves are not available. Please dial "0" to have a refrigerator delivered to your room. Refrigerators are available based upon hotel inventory.

Q: Do you have roll-a-way beds available?

A: Yes, in King Bedded rooms only and the cost is a one-time fee of $30.00. Please dial "0" to request this extra bedding.

Q: Do you have concierge service?

A: Yes, our concierge team is located on the lobby level just by the front desk. Our concierge team is ready to assist with anything you may need.

Q: Do you have a business center?

A: Yes, our business center is located on the 2nd level of the hotel and is accessed by using your guestroom key card.

Q: Do you have in-room Safe's or Safety Deposit Boxes?

A: Yes, we have both; the in-room safe will accommodate a standard laptop and Safety Deposit Boxes can be arranged through the front desk or our concierge team.

Q: Does the hotel offer complimentary wireless Internet?

A: Free Internet - Provided to all areas of the hotel and is only available to registered guests. Non-registered guests must pay for wireless internet usage unless group/meeting is paying for conference code. Meeting Attendees (not staying in the hotel) will be given a conference code to authenticate which will be provided by the meeting planner. Speeds are fast enough for basic usage like checking email, instant messaging, general searches (Google, Yahoo!, MSN) and basic web browsing.
Standard Internet is available at a cost of $11.95 plus tax per day. Speeds are fast enough for web browsing, audio chat, streaming audio, video chat, standard definition video streams, downloading high quality photos, and VPN connectivity.
Premium Internet is available at a cost of $15.95 plus tax per day. Speeds are fast enough for all of the above plus high definition video streams.
3-day Premium Internet Package is available at a cost of $39.95 plus tax for 3 days of Premium Internet service.
