Dallas Zoo

Welcome to the largest animal attraction in Texas offering unique habitats from around the globe, nature exhibits and exotic creatures around every corner. Known as a leader in endangered species research, the Dallas Zoo is a fun place to see wildlife up close as you learn from experts about beautiful animals like giraffes, elephants and tigers. Hop on the Safari Monorail for a tour around the zoo, and when you need a break, you'll find casual dining options that everyone will love. Kids will enjoy the special children's play area at Dallas Ft Worth Zoo with a petting farm and pony rides.

  • How much is admission?

    Tickets for adults age 12 to 64 cost $15.00, while children ages 3-11 cost $12.00. Senior admission is
    $12.00 (age 65 and up), and kids under the age of 2 are allowed free entry. Parking is an additional $8 per vehicle.
  • Did you know that you can camp out at the zoo?

    Don't miss Lights Out Overnight a fun event for kids ages 7 and up that is open to community groups like schools and scouts. The cost is $50 per kid and features a nighttime zoo tour and then a breakfast in the morning followed by a Safari Monorail ride, plus much more!
